Togo President Faure Gnassingbe arrived in Tripoli Monday morning to attend Tuesday's celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Libyan Revolution.
The Togolese leader will also attend Monday's special African Union (AU) summit on conflict settlement on the continent. The summit was initiated by Libyan leader Muammar Kadhafi, who currently chairs the AU. Meanwhile, Tunisian President Zein Abidine Ben Ali has also arrived in Tripoli f or the summit and the commemoration.
